| For a quicker response time we encourage customers to place the order online, we will then automatically check the stock levels and respond with a quotation should the stock be available. PRICING |

| -We advise that once we have sent you the quotation that you accept or decline within 24hours of the quotation being received. |
ORDERING |
| -If you would like to accept the quotation then payment can be made in the relevant account which is provided on the quotation. The ordering process will follow once payment has cleared in the relevant bank account. |
DISPATCH |
